From raw material selection to molding, drying, finishing, packaging, and shipment, we follow a step-by-step production process to help buyers understand how their billiard chalk products are made, controlled, and verified.
Our Traceability Process
1. Raw Material Selection
We select suitable chalk materials and additives based on product type, color, hardness, grip performance, and dust-control requirements. All raw materials are sourced from qualified suppliers and undergo strict incoming inspection before use.
2. Formula Confirmation
For OEM and private label projects, we confirm the chalk type, color, shape, logo, and packaging requirements before production. Each order is assigned a unique batch number for full process tracking.
3. Molding and Pressing
The billiard chalk is shaped through controlled molding and pressing processes to achieve the required form, density, and surface texture. Key production parameters are recorded for each batch to support consistency and repeat orders.
4. Drying and Stabilization
The chalk is dried under controlled temperature and humidity to remove excess moisture, helping prevent deformation, cracking, or mold growth during storage and shipping.
5. Finishing & Quality Inspection
Each piece is trimmed, polished, and inspected for appearance, hardness, surface finish, packaging accuracy, and performance standards. Only products passing inspection move forward to packaging.
6. Packaging & Batch Labeling
Products are packed according to customer requirements, with a clear batch number, production date, packaging version, and quality mark on each package or shipment document.
7. Shipment & Record Keeping
We keep detailed records for every batch, including raw material certificates, production logs, inspection records, packaging requirements, and shipment information. Buyers can trace their orders using the batch number or NFC verification code provided with their shipment.
NFC Authenticity Verification
For OEM, private label, and wholesale orders, each product or production batch can be assigned a unique NFC verification code. When customers tap the NFC tag with their phone, they can open the official HOLACHAMPION verification page to check product authenticity, batch information, and traceability status.

How to Trace Your Order
1. Locate the batch number or NFC verification code on your package, label, or order confirmation document.
2. Tap the NFC tag with your phone or enter the verification code on our authenticity verification page.
3. If further production details are required, contact us with your batch number and order information.
4. We will reply with traceability information, including production records and inspection reports, within 1-2 business days.
